Free HTML Blog Templates?

I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to get HTML blog templates? I can't download anything because my computers crap, so I need to use HTML codes instead. I've found a couple sites but they all only have a few on them (and not very nice ones at that), and the rest are downloads...Any help would be great...

You should install wordpress for your blog software. There are tons of free themes for that. Wordpress is very easy to use also.
