free government boot camps in houston,tx?

i would like to know if theirs any free,government boot camp, non profit ,or really cheap ,boot camp .boarding schools or any kind of program that helps trouble teens, in houston.
im not looking for a big brother program or any thing like that a
military boot camp or something to do with education thanks
