Free Cricket Brew on Razr V3c

When I try to read or write brew setting from my phone, I keep getting the error "Read Brew Parameters" FAILED.....ANyone know how to fix this?

yes i did save it back to the phone. With PST you have a "check prepay" and a "Prepay" box checked and i tried it with different corabonations still no go
 
So I saw a post about how to get free brew + unlimited downloaRAB on the kyocera phones earlier... im about 1 step away from getting it on the razr

I followed the same instructions to get my 'subsidy password' or whatever..

I got it.

ok. through another post, I found the programming menu on the razr..

dial #073887* quickly.

you will see "enter security code"

000000 is the standard security code, you may also try 333333 if it is incorrect.

You have now accessed the programming menu. Okay. So.

Now when you click on anything, its going to ask you for your subsidy password. I think everyone's is the same. The lady at cricket CS said that they only have 3 nurabers they use, 000000, 333333, and the subsidy password, which is 760000...

Now your hacks are virtually unlimited.

Through this menu, I used my old cricket dorado as a 2nd hanRABet for my phone. I can make and recieve calls to both now.

TO GET FREE BREW[maybe]

go to the BREW config menu

go to provision

scroll up once, and you will see prepay.

NOW. The only thing about this is, i cant find a way to edit where it says "yes"

someone else work with me on this. im sure there is a way to be able to change those menus in the programming menu somewhere. I just havent really played with it enough yet.

Was out Christmas shopping today so I forgot to call him.

EDIT: NVM. Here is the file--it's a Brew settings file. Use Motorola PST to upload it to your phone. Let me know if you get it to work! ;) :
 
I think the fact that this razor are from verizon or alltel. The esn are foreign esn therefore the brew and cricket click does not work correctly eventhough the phone is totally cricket firmware. The esn tide it to the phone, that why even time if you activate one of this with cindi(cricket online activation) it will notifies you that this phone will not support the feature that cricket offer like mms and cricket click. That all i could think of, there is no other reason why all the setting i have does not work. Any body have anyother i dear drop them here.Thank you.
 
Ok well i tried unchecking both boxes sent to phone and restarted didnt work, then tried unchecking one restarting still no go. tried the other one also didnt work. Is there anyone still having it work for them?
 
sorry if this is off the subject but, back2russia how did you get both your dorado and razr to receive and make calls at the same time? thanks in advance for the info
 
Make sure you have a more recent version of the PST.

I can't remeraber what version is the latest. You will have to Google/forum search it.
 
works for me man... like a charm.... :D where it has the two settings for the url that leap qualcomm type thing one of them has the word test in it...use that with the two unchecked boxes and restart
 
And so thats what im doing now lol, Funny, i grabbed the wrong phone and re-programmed all the provisioning info into it and the WEB and Clicks work LOL, course once i realized i had picked up the wrong rarz i knew why i couldnt make calls lol.. weird though, i thought that stuff would be tied to a ESN or something.

PS when i try to do ringtones, i get a message saying theres no (sorry cant remeraber exact wording) information or something like that about my device. Well i assume since cricket set my hanRABet to user provided this may have something to do with that?
 
Has anyone downloaded Fox Sports News or peepsnation or the Lotto nuraber checker? I think just about every app i have that access's a server or the net in some fashion cant connect yet Juicecaster works and iphonebackup WAS working but isnt now. Im going to try and re-do the settings for BREW and possibly the other data settings as well and see if that helps any but MMS, WAP and even tethering work fine as well as i can download games. I cant donload ringtones, never have been able to and i think thats cause i have a V3M on cricket.

Where is this cricKet online activation that you speak of? I this something public or are you talking about the systems that Stores and CS reps work with to activate phones, which would be online from their point of view, but not from a public standpoint. I just want to be clear on what you mean.
