Free camping in Manitoba, Canada?

Does anyone know of any free off the beaten patch campsites? They need to accommodate about 20 people, not be around any one else, and be accessible by car. Something like Crown Land. thanks

I'm not looking for a provincial or federal park, I'm looking for like a vacant field where no one will care that I'm there.
 
There aren't too many free campsites in Canada. Outside of Winnipeg is Bird's Hill National Park, which has pretty stellar campgrounds, but i've yet to hear of ones that you can camp in for free (i think they charge about $20). Check out Canada National Parks guide for more information.
