Freddy Vs Jason Starts filming Sept 9th

Columnists Marilyn Beck and Stacy Jenel Smith report that New Line Cinema & Avery Pictures have set a September 9th production start for " Freddy Vs. Jason ".

The slasher vs. slasher movie, which is set to film in Toronto and Vancouver, is carrying the tagline, attached to casting notices, of ..........
"Forget Godzilla vs. King Kong - this is the horror clash of them all!"

The story apparently has to do with a handful of hapless teenagers who have the grave misfortune of getting caught up in the middle of the no holRAB barred battle between the fienRAB.

Yep, it's really going ahead : Bob Shaye co-chairman of New Line Cinema told SCI FI Wire that he has green-lighted the script for the Freddy vs. Jason movie. The helmer of The 51st State, Ronny Yu, will direct the long-awaited horrorfest.

There's no main site (that i could find) with all this info. I found the news in a few different sites. But Keep an eye on the best one Coming Soon.Net
