If you look at the video very carefully, you can see that it is a fake - the music has been dubbed onto an image of this prairie dog (it's a bit like watching Top of the Pops).
Probably a very sick joke. It is very cruel to treat animals in this fashion, the animal must have been subjected to many weeks of very severe training sessions - no doubt they paid peanuts.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
