Freakin T-mobile Charging me for....

Tmobile is keep on Bull Sh*tt*n me... their saying that once the Manufacturer (who disassemble and inspected the phone "thouroughly") it's final and I can't appeal no longer. I'm goin to keep on calling them until this issue have been resolve. I'm not paying $100 for something I didn't do.

Try this, If they want you to pay for the phone, tell them to send it back to you. Why pay for something if you cant take possesion of it? Thats if they wont budge on there stand.

I thought of this one too.. or maybe even threaten them that I will cancel my account if they don't take it out.

Don't bother threatening that they hear it enough to realize that you probably won;t go through the hassle of paying an early term fee (if it applies) and having to port your info over to another berry carrier. What you do need to look at is whether or not you authorized any repairs to be done that were above and beyond warranty covered items prior to them performing the out of warranty work.If you were authorizing them to the work only within the scope of the warranty issue and they simply opted to fix the problem without first notifying of you there opinion that you're problem was not in fact covered and they fixed it anyway that's a problem for them. There is also the possibility that you're iten was confused with another in for repair (not that they'll admit that to you but if you truly get no satisfaction and have contacted corporate and blackberry I would reccomend ONE MORE CALL REMAIN CALM point out the no notification issue and if they choose to still play dumb then try this one out again CALMLY " Ok apparently I'm unclear on the logistics of how this works and the notification requirements prior to doing out of warranty work in yor HQ state vs that of my home state but obviously you don't seem to care to be helpful and this seems to be more than a customer service issue in fact so who and what is the procedure for my legal counsel to contact your company because I really can't spend much more time personally handling this but it's on pure principle that I also cannot just give up and pay an unjust and undeserved fee for a phone that was broken from the get go so that info would be much appreciated as well as direct contact for your actual home office. Thanks"Best to have a Supervisor on when you go this routeand no I'm not a lawyer I'm in finance but I've utilized this tactic in the past and it's been about 85% successful you just nee to remain calm and sound frustrated cause really if you're right they'll give up the ghost to avoid the problemGood Luck

Happened to me with Sprint. Phone was acting up. I was stationed down in Key West Fl....no Sprint stores down there so i went to Radio Shack. Called Customer Care and they said buy the phone and we will re-emburse you....i did and they charged me for the phone + no re-embursment.. Plus charged me for activation of another phone when my service was already activated.

Now i dont have them anymore.... IT can be BS. but in the long run if you just buy everything out on your own unless you are eligible for upgrades...its cheaper...ive learned from my mistakes.

man, it's terrible. Their treating me poorly, they keep sending me to different people and telling me to call this, fax this.. it's gettin really frustrating . I don't want to give up, they keep telling me that once the manufacturer made the decision they can't reverse it. It's bullsh*t!
