what does this even mean. how about the dems that changed sides. to be honest, that is more of a story. that bill will not get through the senate anyway.
 
Obama tries to change the Constitution so he can sevre more than 2 terms, he gets caught and arrested. republicans take back Congress, cancel the rest of the stimulous money, lower taxes, which increases consumer confidence, which boosts busines and creates jobs. unemployment goes back down to 4.0%. And Liberals go back to hiding in their parents' basements.
 
I'm not sure what your question is, but if you are asking whether santimonious hypocrisy and rigid cult-level fundamentalism helped Democrats in the past election and in preventing the Republicans (as the party currently exists) from gaining either seats or traction, the answer is a resounding YES.
