Frame / unibody work costs?

I have a 96 jetta last summer my friend hit a rock on the side of the road and virtually totaling the dr side front end. Let me say first I have invested tons of money on this car and WILL keep it! Two drives great as good as when I bought it still. Now your saying what does he need then? Whel putting it back together I found I could cut tiny corners but as I progressed with j.y. Parts its got a slumped look to it so I tood a closer look the frame or uni front rail is bent like 1/2 inch down and pushed about 1/4 in so its making the bumper off and crooked so is that a job for a frame shop is it possible and is it cheapish? Thanks
