Frame rates ? PC GAMING ?

Hello

My computer is an AMD 2.3 Processor - quad core - 4gb ram - 1000gb HARD drive.

I have set my screen refresh rate to 72 HZ. I am wanting to play Flight Simulatro 2004 and I can set the frame rate. What should I set it to ?

Also, my graphics are slow. When moving to outside view parts of the land will go blurred and reappear 3 seconds later ? why ? My graphics card is XFX Nvidia 9600GT.

The screen refresh rates don't really matter. The Game Refresh rates do. The higher is better, but if it is jurky or jumps around then you would need to lower the frame rates.

It could be how much RAM you have on that 9600 card, should be enough, but who knows.
