I have spiral fracture on my third metacarpal, I have about 10 days left in my cast and I WAS a avid gym nut (mostly body building/lifting) I know that after my cast is taken off I should take it easy on heavy weights in the gym. How long after the cast is removed can I be fully back in the gym? It feels good now, a little sore... I work IT so i'm constantly giving it some PT (Physical therapy) moving my fingers around... Thanks all!
