You're right none of them are balanced, but none come closer to Faux. Faux by definition is not even news or media or journalism, Literally. If other channels are biased than Fox is blatant propaganda. Compared to other mainstream channels CNN probably is probably the least biased.
However you must remember the objective of news is to inform, provide us facts. So other channels may some how not completely give us the whole picture or deliberately misinform us. In contrast the sole purpose of Fox is not to inform but to provide propaganda, to present the news in such a way to cater to a particular group. So even at core base Fox is not news or journalism. That is very important distinction.
The purpose of Faux is not to inform, or the people watching it aren't interested in facts or the reality. They want the news catered to their own version of reality, not how things are but how they want the things to be. So pretty much feel good empty slogans. This is achieved by deliberate manipulation of facts, lying and deceit, distortion, over sensationalism, hype and hysteria etc.
