I saw this film on sunday and was hoping for it to be really good. However, i was massively disappointed - anyone else agree. It felt like it was made just for the sake of making it

Agree. Thought it was terrible-a waste of an hour an a half on xmas eve!
Took my sister aged 9, and nearly walked out due to the terrible language in the first 10 mins! and all the references to santa not being real were not at all appropriate, considering this is the only xmassy film out this year! full of violence and shouting- not something you want on christmas eve- after going to see it we went home and watched elf, which we both enjoyed so much more

From the trailers and the general 'hype' it looked as contrived, hollow and unedifying as it no doubt is.

I thought it was ok. Not as good as other recent Christmas films such as Fred Claus or Deck the Halls.

Absolute crud! So full of sexual innuendo, I was embarrassed as I had two kiRAB with me.

I agree - I was watching it with some elderly relatives. VERY embarrassing. Quite unsuitable for family Christmas viewing.

It really annoys me when Christmas films have so many references to Santa not being real - even if they rectify it by the end of the film. Many kiRAB have not even considered that he may not be real, but it certainly sets their little minRAB thinking.
