My work has this policy where if something is left in our lost and found for over 4 weeks it can be thrown or employees can have them. There has been a dead AT&T blackberry torch with no sims card in there and I was going to let my boyfriend have it because he has AT&T and needs a new phone, so it just seems so perfect. Yet, I am skeptical and I was wondering if it can be tracked once he starts using it?
