Fort Benning sole purpose is creating Infantryman, NOT basic soldiers, USMC sole purpose is creating Marines, need I say more... These hold our U.S Elites, and the training has not subside to comfort the complaining moms of america. These are where highspeed soldiers are created and trained (marines aren't soldiers, their just high speed)

How would we survive as a military if these training sites were terminated from the Constitution? Could we still be able to produce highspeed troops?

what are you mumbling about?

It is the DI who makes a Marine, not the location. Marines could be made in Hawaii or Guam just as they are in San Diego and Paris Island.

Ft Benning is home to air borne training and you failed to explain what a high speed. is that like french soldiers that run backward at high speed when attacked

Army infantry is at Benning--correct
\Marines are at either Parris Island or San Degio

First of all the constitution does not have anything regarding training soldiers. In fact the constitution doesn't even require an army or navy and was written before airplanes were invented. It just says Congress has a right to:
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;

If they wanted to, congress could open a training base in Russia and train troops there. As long as the trainers are still the same and there are adequate facilities, it wouldn't make a difference. Congress most likely they won't close the training bases though because of their history and tradition and it would make a lot of people angry in the armed forces...

Fort Benning trains infantrymen for the army. USMC does not send ppl there initially. Marines have 3 separate INDOCs/schools for their recon candidates and then i believe 3 more schools that are a joint service (scuba, airborne, halo).
