i put my car in for a service last week when i got home i opened my boot to find my sub had wire's hanging out of it. i was listening to it on my way to the service center and i also cleaned my boot out that morning and it was fine. i have had my sub for about 4mnths. i took it back to Toyota who have now said that it was not their fault and that the sub is not secured properly and the wire is too short which is a load of crap.
it looks like they have tried to take the sub out of the boot to get to the spare Tyre and it looks like they were trying to pull the plug out of the back of the sub but didn't undo the clip and have pulled the wires by mistake which if that was the case fine. but they should have fixed it and they should have told me. not blamed it on me.
any advise or do you think it's stupid??? should i complain higher up?
