Forgotten name of a 1990's arcade games?

I'm looking for a 1990's arcade game. I've forgotten the name of the game. It was an air fighting game. But instead of planes there were ninja, a girl and other characters as heroes. The girl had a cat which bubbles fire as a special power. Can somebody tell me what's the name of the game? Thanks.
