...what to do? I have court tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
I have been so depressed & waited till the last minute to get my financial disclosure affidavit notarized.
I guess its self-sabotage. I;m having to take my ex to court to force him to pay child support because he is a deadbeat.
anyway, I wonder if I can still go to court tomorrow morning, even though it is too late for me to get it notarized. I spent all day today running around trying to find a place that does notary public on sundays. Is it that big a deal, will they still order him to pay tomorrow or will they give me a new court date?
I live in NY state.
