Lately with my anxiety I feel so forgetful and out of it. Like I will walk into the room and do something and then I feel like I forget what I just did. If I think about it I remeraber, but its just me feeling like I zapped out of it for a second. Then other times I can't even focus and I feel weird. Its an uneasy feeling and almost like something isn't right, but I can't put my finger on it. Is that an anxiety symptom? It makes me nervous.
