Forever21 shrinkage?

I'm a medium in their tees, so I'm thinking of buying some stretchy tanks in size large in case they shrink a bit. I don't want them skin-tight, and I intend to put them through the dryer. Just wondering if going a size up might make them TOO big.

There camis I would get a size larger because they do shrink. However, I have black tank top that is long that it has not shrunk.

See how much cotton is used to make the material, if 50% or more it will shrink.
