Ford Taurus transmission compatibility question?

I need to know what transmission would be compatible for a 1996 automatic ford Taurus, 3 liter, not dual over head cams, not turbo. I was wondering what transmissions might be compatible? The tag on the transmission that is needing replaced is :
CWD
F6DP-7000-AA
014765
Any of these numbers on this tag more important than the others?
Any input would be appreciated.
