Ford taurus exhaust........?

My friend as a 1997 ford taurus with the two mufflers(riginal ford mufflers) and i have a 2006 taurus with just one muffler and i like the way his exhaust sounds. If i install another muffler on my Taurus, will my car sound like his since two cars basically has the same motor?
 
Ok, when you look at the back of your friend's car, does it say "SHO"? If so, they're not even remotely the same engine, think being a '97 his would then be a V8... And I couldn't see ford putting stock duals on a base Taurus. Even so, you could put aftermarket dual exhaust on your car and get a better sound, but if that's all you want it for is sound then you're wasting a lot of money...
