Ford T-5 to Ford C-4, what would need to be done?

I have a 1984 Ford Mustang with a 302 and T-5. The T-5 needs to be rebuilt or replaced, but I am having trouble finding a used T-5 for a good price. So, I am wondering besides the obvious shifter and removing the clutch pedal, what do I need to do to convert to an automatic transmission?
