I have a 2010 Ford Escape Limited, and i use the USB port to connect my ipod to SYNC. it always worked fine, up until a few days ago when i hit a pot hole. i was hardly moving, only going 2 or 3 mph, but when i did my music abruptly stopped. when i try to play music it will first say "usb empty" and then after i try again it will say something like "unsupported device". any ideas?
