Recently I gave my car to one of the Ford Dealerships for regular servicing. It has done 11000 kms yet and was in perfect condition.
After 2-3 hours I got a call from them informing that the car has got damaged. I went there and saw that they had severely damaged my car. The left fender,Apron,Headlight, fog light, bumper, radiator and its fan were rammed. I was really shocked as I have always driven the car with extra care and this kind of things are not expected from the service stations....
They promised me that they will carryout all the repairs perfectly and will replace the damaged parts. However, they didn't. They called me for the delivery after 10 days and I found that most of the things were taken just for granted and no replacements were done...most of the things were horrible...
What should I do now, should I take the issue to consumer forum and demand a new car for my damaged car? Or should I ask them to adjust my old car at the price of depreciated value as per insurance and give me new car after taking the difference amount ??? Is there any possibility ??
