Ford Ranger XLT 4 Cylinder Won't Start?

So about two weeks ago I was driving, pulled into a store and before I had the chance to turn the truck off it, it died on me. Haven't been able to start it since. It has about 98,000 miles on it. I had a tune up in the last 25,000 miles. One person told me it was my fuel pump, other guy said he could hear the pump engage. If my pump is working what else could it be. My relays are fine. Could a fuel filter that's clogged prevent a car from starting, only after 25,000 miles? I have a quarter of a tank of gas, truck cranks, but does nothing when pushing the accelerator at the same time. The only thing that has been done to the truck lately was oxygen sensor was replaced and fuel injector cleaner two days prior. Any Help would be great.
