I am looking for my first car. I have about $4000, but would prefer to spend under $3500. I just want something reliable. I have been looking at Asian cars (toyotas and hondas), but it's hard to find a good one. For the same price, I see a lot of good looking american cars. Ive been looking at 1996-2000 Rangers. are these reliable cars? the 98's have great reviews. thanks.
