I have a 99 ranger 3.0 v6 4x4 5 speed standard. when I take it out of gear to come to a stop the rpms randomly surge below 900 only stalled once though and check engine light never comes on. very scary when it stalled I lost all power to stearing and brakes and ended up flying through a stop sign. Please any and all information will be greatly appreciated
almost forgot the problem has become a big safety concern for me. I have a brush guard up front with PIAA lights and I really dont want it to stall and I ened up in the rear end of someone
