!991 Ford Ranger with 4.0 engine.Has a dead cylinder after 1100 mile trip.Is getting gas in cylinder and plug is firing. Can't get compression from cylinder.Lifter use to tap for about 10 minutes when first started but does not tap now.Lifter,push rod or valve problem?
