Ford Mustang V6 vs. V8?

I'm looking to purchase a 06-08 Mustang for a daily driver to be stored in the winter. I've driven my brother's GT and the clutch kicks like a horse and it shifts pretty hard compared to my sunfire. Basically I'm asking, for a daily driver which should I go with? I'm not concerned about MPG, more about whether to go with the manual or auto tranny, I'm leaning towards the auto just because I hated that clutch and shifter, it's so difficult! Anyways, details would be lovely. Thanks!
Oh, anyone with a mustang GT Auto tranny, do you love it? Would you prefer a stick?
 
It sounds like you don't love to row through the gears, so I'd go with an auto in your case. As far as V6 VS V8: I believe the only thing going for Mustangs is the V8. Handling isn't spectacular, comfort isn't great, MPG isn't good for either motor, not extremely reliable, looks are in the eye of the beholder but I see 10 a day so they're a little boring. Basically with a V6 you have a car that accels at nothing IMHO. Good if you just want to say "I have a Mustang".
