When i bought my 97 mustang, the passengers side window switch never worked. The only way i could control it is if i was to use the drivers side passenger window switch. Then one day it stopped working all together. I took it to a local shop and they told me my motor was bad but i was pretty sure they were lying to me so when i got home i hooked up a battery to the window motor and my window will work now, but only when the battery is controlling it. Do you think maybe my actual switch on the power window may have became corroded and is not working now? Once in a while if i take my door panel off and rewire my window my drivers side passenger switch will work, only until someone touches the actual pass side switch.
