Ford Mustang 2000 year model?

I have a couple of questions. One is can a person replace the headlights by themselves or do I need to take it somewhere and have them do it for me. Another Question I have is one day my windows just stopped working, any suggestions as to why?
The windows just stopped working, I had my husband look at the fuses, but he said they were fine. I don't know what else to say.
 
Yea the headlights you can do yourself, they can be a pita with the little pinch clips on the back but you can do it yourself. Windows could have stopped because maybe the window caught the wiring and pulled it from the connector inside the door. I would suggest buying a haynes manual as it will help you understand your car more and show you step by step how to take apart the headlights and pulling the door skin off.
 
You can change headlights, I believe its just a couple of clips and it should slide out, now your windows could be a lot of things, anything from a fuse to your window regulator needing to be replaced. Need more details on the window issue
