I have Ford Motor's Global Securities 7.45% Due July 16, 2031. They have sent me a notice and ask if I want to tender my bonds. I have also heard that AT & T is going to help them and just might save them. I have invested about $25,000.00 through the years and they want me to settle for about $6,700.00. If anyone has any insight into this I would appreciate it. Please, the cutoff time to reply is April 1st. I just don't know what to do. At one point, I want to hold them but the way the auto industry is going I am sacred. Right now according to my last statement the bonds are worth about $4,687.00. Please, if anyone can help me make this decision, I would appreciate it.
