my ford mondeo is experiencing problems the heater fan seems to come on then go off after about a couple of secs the screen washer doesn't seem to have enough power behind it sprays a little bit on the windscreen then goes off but still can hear the pump working and the main connection to the heater plugs begins to get hot and smoke while engine is running
