...vehicle has started. No noises? Auto electrician charged 2 hours labour at £49ph and left it telling me it might be starter.(!) But how can car sometimes start and be running for a short while after (with no audible sound from starter to suggest catching etc) and this problem be the starter. Please help, I am running out of money and patience. The fuse it is blowing is #4 under the bonnet. According to handbook it is the ignition fuse.
Symptoms from drivers seat are usual red lights on dash (pre start) and when turning ignition key no crank or sound from starter.
I cannot express how much some advice would mean to me. Thanks!
Last time tried, turned key- engine cranked slower than usual. Tried again - fuse blew!
