Ford had a recall on coil springs in 2004, am I able to get reimbursed still?

The 1999-2001 Mercury Sable had a recall in 2004 on the coil springs (recall #- 04V332000). My 1999 Sable coil springs broke last week. Can I still get money from Ford? Has anyone dealt with issues like this and how do I go about getting reimbursed?
