Only when it is running will it make this noise and sometimes it will do it if I wiggle the steering wheel back and forth when not moving what is doing this it has only 45000 miles on it. also one other thing I hear is when I apply the brake when not moving i hear a creaking noise? What is the cuase of these problems?
