...inside of the hole? have done the required 100,000 mile tune up about six months later the water pump went repaired that and the pump housing female end where stripped.went bigger replace timing belt as a matter of course do to the location of the housing which needed to be remove (behind tb)
once all work was complete i started the engine to find that it would stall at idle speed, check electrical and fuel systems with no problems, replace splugs, wires, fuel filter ect and check all sensors and hoses.opened up the middle tb cover to find that the tensioner and bolt were rotating with the belt tried to re tighten to torque wouldn't hold got heli coil drilled tap and installed closed her up and the same thing happen at idle speed the belt becomes lose not engaging the teeth properly and struggels to maintain engine speed then stalls. I replaced one more time after having to get a new bolt due to thread damage. I think the drill just enlarged the problem of the alignment of the female end of the tb ten. or possablity not. Any suggestions would be appreciative ..chemicals,liquid steel, a name of a filler , anything.thank you for your time.

You are going to need to take the whole part off my friend, and take it to an aluminum welder or a machinist. He will know what filler to use and what he is going to do is fill the whole whole and re tap it to specs. When doing jobs like this is important to have the proper tools. THis is going to run you around 500 dollars or more plus all the time to take if off and put it back on. Anything you use to fill it will eventually brake down if not done with the proper filler and re taped. Maybe is best to get the whole part used. LESSON OF THE DAY! USE THE PROPER TOOLS, DON'T HAVE THEM BUY THEM OR BORROW THEM.
