Ford Focus - Rear Windshield Wiper Switch?

Friend just called me, she recently got a Ford Focus, not sure what year, but she said her rear windshield wiper won't stop running and she doesn't know where the switch for it is.

Any advice?
It's a 2001
 
check the fuse box. the owners manual will tell you which one it is.generally the fuse box is under dash,near the steering wheel,or on the passenger side under the dash.
