ford focus radio? code?

i have juts put my focus radio back in as selling the car, and it says LOCKED and underneath it says 13, i have tried typing in the code as pressing number 1 the amount for 9 then numnber 2 and so on and nothing happens after i have gone from 1-4 doing the thing... am i supposed to press sommin after or what i aint a clue someone please help me .. xxxxx
