ford focus engine block heater?

Where is the block heater on my Ford Focus? It's a 2004 with the 2.3L PZEV engine. I bought the car used, but the original window sticker was kept in the glovebox. The sticker says it has a block heater, but I can't find the cord coming from the engine block. I've seen that replacement cords can be purchased online, but I want to make sure I do, in fact, have the block heater on the car.
