Ford focus 2003 and rough idling?

my FF2003 was rough idling, then it started to make a strange noise, then it did not want to start. I have checked the fuel pump/hose/filter, changed the spark plugs, it has a strong start - the battery is good, the lights/radio turn on great, but NOT the car!!!!
 
It could be many many things. Your IAC (idle air contol) sensor may be bad, main computer of car, rocker arms, cam shaft. I would get the IAC tested first. That goes out on a lot of cars. Any automotive place will be able to hook up a computer and should be able to tell you the prob. Computer diagnostic. Should cost anywhere from $40-$60.
