From a cold start in the morning the car is turning over but not firing, it takes about 25 turns before the engine will start. When it does start, it is fine and does not cut out. I have changed the glow plugs and the fuel filter (by the way, buy a ford filter and not a copy part from an Auto Aids shop because one of the inlet pipes on the top of the filter is slightly bigger and can cause the seal on the fuel pipe to break). I did have the management light on and the got it read, the fault code is P2263 Turbo Boost System, I did get the fault code cancelled and it has not come back on, but problem still persists.
Any help please.

Thanks for the solution to the electrical fault I had a little wihile a go, (Take key out engine still running, or all dashboard lights still light). Seems to be water getting in the fuse box by pollen filter, but have not be alble to fix as it yet as it is an intermittent fault.
