...poor house? Ford told me because of the shape and the large window it will pick up more rocks from the road so it will crack easy and nothing they can do. This is there design so why do we have to pay when this should have been tested? 6 months of having a ford flex cracked 4 times replacement is $363 each time. I can't afford to keep paying for a new windshield every couple of months. Cracks the same spot each time and spreads to the driver and passenger side. They need to change the shape or the glass material something. Here sits another broken windshield another $363 to replace now will be scared to drive it. Ford should have to do something about this and I just don't know who to call from this point or do.
