Ford Fiesta MK5 window winder mechanism help?

I recently replaced my front speakers in my MK5 fiesta and must have done something wrong because when i winded down my window a piece of orange plastic fell off from the inside.

Now when i wind down my window, which is very hard, it winds down at an angle.

How would i fix this problem?
