ford fiesta mk5 help?

I have a ford fiesta mk5 1.3 flight manual petrol and the clutch has gone. I have asked around at many garages but that would be too expensive.

I have had quotes for the parts but i need to know if the clutch has a hydraulic cylinder or if it is a conventional mechanical clutch. How would i go about finding this out?
