Ford fiesta Disk disc drum brakes?

can i replace my back drum brakes with disk brakes and would it be difficult to do that or is it just a case of replacing the drum brakes with the disk brakes?
 
you'll need to replace the drum breaks with drum breaks, they are not interchangeable, the amount of labor and cost would be outrageous
