I have a 2009 plate Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI. It has no fuel and wont start, its just sitting on my drive.
I have been to the petrol station and bought some diesel and a fuel can, but the nozzle wont go into the fuel tank, its not too big or too small, the cap has a lock on it so that you dont put the wrong fuel in, however, i cannot fill the tank up. I have read through the manual and tried using the nozzle supplied with the car, this also wont open the tank.
The car is unlocked and I have never had problems refueling, until now. Short of pushing it to the petrol station, what should i do?
Just to confirm, the push cap (in the body colour of the car) opens fine, its the bit where you insert the nozzle that wont allow the funnel past, therefore i cannot fill up the car.
