I have a Ford Falcon AU 1999 model and currently it is leaking some form of oil. I have checked the oil levels, Engine oil, Power steering Fluid, Brake Fluid, Coolant and they are all fine so i am not sure what is leaking. It appears to be leaking from the Rubber Boot on the Steering Rack. I have seen a mechanic and he just had a quick glance and said I need a new steering rack and that it would be power steering fluid.
So do I need a new Steering Rack???
Also is it power steering fluid leaking if the levels haven't gone down in the last 5 Days since I filled it up???
