Ford F150 V8, engine smoke?

Hey guys thanks for all your answers, was very usefully but now I still have one more answer for you guys, the patient is a 1986 F150 V8 my truck is running again thanks to you guys, but now after I warm it up for about 5 minutes the engine start smoking from the cylinders do you guys think the problem is the head gasket need to be replace it or can be something else.
